Sole cleaning sluices with integrated hand cleaning ability are an essential must for meeting the personal hygiene requirements in production plants. The industrial sole cleaning system Neptun HCS1 equipped with firmly integrated hand cleaning/hand disinfection prevents introduction of dirt and germs and in this way ensures compliance with the hygiene concept.

Two rotating nylon brushes clean and disinfect the soles of the employees in pass-through mode. The passing-through time can be adjusted as required. Light barriers start the robust brushes running when entering the sluice, which is accessible from both sides. The subsequent contactless hand disinfection is based on the activation of the two infrared sensors. The dosing rate is freely adjustable for both sole cleaning and hand disinfection. The built-in turnstile opens only after the hands have been cleaned. The equipment can be quickly and easily cleaned due to the swing-up walkway.
